What work needs to be done before my day happens?
Within 48hr of booking your day you'll receive your pre-work to complete. This is anything I will need to complete your project. For a website creation, any content that you expect me to load onto the site needs to be completed before your day happens. We will go over this pre-work on our project call the day before the actual Brand Buildout Day™. If work isn't received your project will need to be rescheduled according to our contract terms.
I need a website built, is this the right way to work with you?
Yes, if you're starting from scratch with a new website or are revamping an existing site this is the day for you.
If you're just needing to make a list of changes to your existing site but are keeping the overall look & feel of the site then head here for that.
What if you don't complete my project in a day?
During a Brand Buildout Day™ you're hiring me for a set number of hours, not project completion. If more hours are needed you will have the option to book a half-day for completion or another full day. If you think it's going to be a larger project, please feel free to contact me beforehand so we can make sure to get you back to back days.

What if I need to reschedule?
You can reschedule up to 7 days before your original day is set to begin. The rescheduled day must be within 90 days of the original booking date.
Have you worked with my tech tools before?
Chances are very good I have, but please contact me and we can chat about your project beforehand if needed.
How much time is included in a Brand Buildout Day™?
I'll be working on your project from 9am to 5pm Eastern.
How available do I need to be over a Brand Buildout Day™?
During a Brand Buildout Day™ I won't need access to you really until our wrap up call at the end of the day. I would suggest being on standby, aka: available by text or email, in case I have a question on something, so we don't waste time.
